Yeah. I did serious damage at the Apple Store. Luckily, I can write it off as a business expense! ;)

A friend just gave me a set of red Trek-era Rolf Vector Comp wheels. I put them on Tracie's bike which happens to be red too :D. They're not significantly lighter than the stock Alex wheels they replaced but they are much more aero. Free stuff is good.

Extra wheel sensor for my 2nd bike. It's a hassle to keep swapping the sensor every time I switch bikes. :p

I really like the stainless version of the Wippermann chain, but it's usually too pricey. Performance has it marked down right now from $85 to $45.

I was on Vittoria tires for a long time, but my current set is Continental 4000 (the new "S" version). I ran across a good deal on e-bay, so thought I'd check them out. I love everything about them, except the price. So I'd love to hear suggestions for a good quality training/racing tire that comes in a little below the 4000 and Pro2Race price point.

Probikekit.com has 4000S's for $37.11. You can also get the regular 4000's with the chili compound tread (same as on the 4000S) for low $33.78 range. I was running Vittoria Open Corsa's last year when PBK had them in the low $30 range, but they jumped in price significantly, so decided to try the Conti's.

I'm trying out Conti Competition's, so far I like them...

Otherwise, I usually run 4000 SRs.

Did they want you to sign up for longer than two years to get the iphone for free? Wonder if ATT is better than Verizon?

In terms of overall coverage and customer service? NO
In terms of iPhone useability? YES

These arrive tomorrow. I performed my patriotic duty and blew my tax refund. I'll now be able to quantitatively define how weak and slow I am.

Also, I love my iPhone as well.

bbp 02-27-08 06:46 PM

What wheels are those?

Oh, I'm not getting one. I have enough trouble with my garmin and blackberry. The iPhone would drive me batty. :p

They're Williams Cycling 30x's. I thought I'd give them a try. I've read only glowing reviews.

You must be buying from a private cell phone company. No real T-mobile store would do that.

Another pair of DeSoto Sports 400 mile bib shorts. DeSoto is mainly a Triathlon clothing company located here in San Diego, but these bike shorts are freakin' AWESOME. I have ZERO desire to even try Assos after wearing these. Plus I get a 25% club discount.

Also picked up their travel bag:
