How cold is too cold?
#51
It's not that bad. When the temps dropped to -40C/F in Manitoba, I'd rather ride my bicycle than scrape the ice off a car or stand and wait for the bus.

I suppose "too cold" is when you go out and don't come back. That would probably fit the definition of "too cold". Or maybe it's "too cold" when you go out, but you come back with certain parts of your body missing or frozen. I guess I would call that "too cold".
So far Central Wisconsin has not been "too cold". There are some really stupid people living around here that think "looking good" is more important that feeling comfortable or at least being comfortably warm. They complain a lot about the winter. Me? The worst part of winter is listening to people complain about winter - it is such a downer. Learn how to dress for crying out loud.
I just rode in -16* and when I got to the office I was frantically peeling off the layers as I was too hot.
