This was done by the LBS during the Bike fitting that was included. The intent is that the stem will be switched back to its intended position once I get some time on the bike and get some flexability back. I've been off road bikes for over a year and chest surgery last june kept me off bikes for a few months. Other than flipping the stem and adding some spacers to one shoe the bike fit was perfect.

I found it light and resposive. Its stable but responds instantly to any input. For a heavy bike (20.5 lbs) it accelerates easily and smoothly. It feels very light to me while I'm riding it.
It handles the hills I've taken it on nicely so far. I don't feel that the bike is holding me back at all while climbing or sprinting. I'm the limiting factor there. I haven't tried it on anything steeper than 7% yet. And some of the rides I'm planning on do have some short (1/2 mile) grades that are 14%.
In my opinion the 1885 shows it's racing roots. No regrets in buying a Bianchi. I'm looking forward to putting lots of miles on it this year.

What kind of computer is that? Any closer shots of it? I personally don't find Cannondales to be attractive bikes, but this one with the combo of wheels and parts looks rather nice.
