Even wackier, (and not C/V) was what looked to be a barely ridden Pinarello Dogma F8 in Chicago for $250. Listing was taken down about 3 hours after it was posted. I texted the seller saying that he'd perhaps dropped a 0. No reply.

Yeah, I left that part out. Full deposit if you want a ride. I always let them know that up front. The public bit will give you some protection if you are the buyer.

On the flip side, I actually saw someone list a UO8 or similar as a PX10 on eBay a few months back and wrote them to let them know.

The color scheme and lugs on this bike match a PX10 from 1960 (+/- 2 yrs) PX10, but the RDO is incorrect for '60-'62 (at least). I can't remember whether RDO was styled that way in '58-'59 and earlier.

[h=2]Trek 420 50cm frame 27" tires Rear Rack New Brake Lines - $225 (Cambridge) [/h]

make / manufacturer: Trek
model name / number: 420

I have a 50cm Trek 420 road bike with 27" tires. The rear rack is very handy to have while riding around the city. There is a bottle carrier and it has brand new brake lines. It is a 21 speed bike with shimano component and is in great shape. the wheels are true and the tires in great condition. Both of the brakes stop with ease and the seat post was just greased. The chain is strong and was just tuned up. 207-332-4524

1971 schwinn traveler racing bike
It comes with all the parts it came with in good condition. The gears changed perfectly after being greased and the tires are nice and stiff after replacing both tubes in each tire. Works perfectly nice racing bike or looks cool just sitting there as a piece of history. Don't want to get rid of it but have no room for it

Viking on the Seattle CL, they say 32" standover, that headtube doesn't look that tall. On the unique side.

Purty nice deal if the "dings" aren't bad. No pics of them, tho. Early 80s Marinoni complete for $375? Steal, IMHO. Too small for me:

If only it was a road bike.

I could probably help facilitate shipping, if someone really thinks it is their dream bike.

So, does this fork merit criticism too; or is it just a sloping crown, per other pictures at the web page.

Our local PD has offered their lobby to use for craigslist transactions another option is the parking lot spaces by front doors which have multiple cameras.

I don't know if many share my dislike of unicrown forks on lugged road frames in the first place, but I would make an exception for this one for sure. Very very nice fork.
