For sale is a 1994 Bridgestone RB-T 21-speed road touring bike that is dark green metallic in color that weighs just over 25lbs and has all of the original Shimano RX100 parts. I recently bought it to use the parts from it for another bike frame I just got, but half of the parts will not fit on it (I should have waited to have the new frame to see what parts I need). As you can see in the photos, this bike has all of the original parts to it and it has no dings or dents on the frame or fork. The Paint does have some chips and scratches on it as expected for an 18 year old bike.
The photos show the cables not attached, and a few other parts not assembled to the bike. I can install these parts for you or you can take it as is so that you can purchase new ones for it as they are all original parts that could be replaced. It also has a rack that attaches to the back that is not pictured that I will add soon and it also needs handlebar tape and a chain. $350 OBRO. I can deliver this bike at no charge within a reasonable distance too. For any questions you can send an email or call 508-244-7544.

commuter bikes are an abandoned part of the bike segment in the US, Older Schwinn, Raleigh three speeds were heavy lower end product lines, This bike, early 80s vintage, is quality made,of higher end materials. Frame is chrome moly tubing. Miyata was known for being the only bike manufacture than made its own tubing. Components, rims, cranks, seat post, handlebars, fenders, chain guard, made for this bike front and rear racks, are all made of aluminum, which again the other brands usually where made with heavier all steel components. Lighting system,w original equipment generator, with headlight, works. 27 X 1 1/4 tires, three speed Shimano rear hub, side pull caliper brakes. Bike is all original except for aftermarket, but appropriate seat. Similar, and not imported, European commuter bikes, of similar designs are priced 1-2000 dollars. I like that one, with exception of the Shimano 3-speed hub. It's tempting, but I'm nearly tapped out with a big tax bill and some recent work I needed to have done to my house. <sigh>

Especially given that it's just RX-100 parts. For some reason I thought RX-100 didn't come out as a level between RSX and 105 until a couple years after that 94 bike. Guess you learn something new every day.

folding bicycle by dahon of california. yellow. has two small damages, on the handle the reflector as seen in pix, and the rear wheel cover has a crack. other than that works great. has minor rust on chrome, needs a good cleaning, under a lot of dust...doing construction here. as you know these go for over 1000 new! you can get them on ebay for about 400. i am asking 100 bucks! no cover. for appt call 914xxxxxxx
