It's been a busy couple of days!
Got started on my Lotus Pegasus MTB conversion to fat tire cruiser project. We have a tweed ride coming up this weekend, which got me to finally start on this project...which got me to finally finish setting up my garage workshop, and so it goes. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8526/8...37071953_b.jpg walking my dog around the neighborhood we came across some interesting avians: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8104/8...be393193_b.jpg some (apparantly free range) backyard chickens: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8108/8...61496b16_b.jpg heck of a coop: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8111/8...64eacf11_b.jpg and I was finally able to get a pic of this mysterious bird I've seen around the neighborhood for months. After some online fiddling I found it's a guinea fowl and they make good pets for pest control (they eat bugs and weeds) http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8242/8...e565e593_b.jpg my friend that I'm touring with in a couple weeks got his bike done before I got mine done. 1983 Specialized Sequoia with lots of cool mods: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8233/8...b2e6e326_b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8096/8...b9aa3eb7_b.jpg |

I'm going with a triple up front and 5 speed rear on mine, half-step+granny, just for the fun of it |

Super nice workspace, Cobra. I'll probably see you at the tweed ride. Looking forward to seeing that Lotus.

When my daughter goes to bed at night, I get to play with her toys.

The engine's wheels are on inside out. Fix that before she thinks it's okay to stray from the strictest adherence to reality possible. Stifle her creativity and imagination lest she get the upper hand on the old man.

Then I let her bang away on my acoustic guitar. |
Way to stifle that creativity.
