A) Occupation
Information Security for a company in the financial services industry

Bikes: 2018 Ghost Square Trekking B2.8 e-bike; 2015 MEC Cote gravel/touring bike; 1985 Boyes-Rosser tourer, now outfitted as Winter Trundle-bike

A) Occupation
Admin support in a school/agency supporting youth with Learning Disabilities

B) Commuting Distance
About 30 km round trip (I don't always bike both ways - sometimes I park the bike overnight, and take transit)

C) When at work I a) shower b) change clothes/clean up c) don't change clothes and hope for the best/clean up

Complete change of clothes (apparently Lycra isn't office appropriate ), quick cleanup with wet wipes & deodorant. I used to shower but my hair takes the entire day to dry, which looks worse IMO. Nobody's complained anyway.

D) Where bike is parked - I found a corner of the staff room that nobody uses and put the bike there. Also, that way I can brag that I rode . Panniers and handlebar bag come off and go under my desk for the day.

E) Number of years commuting

TOTAL n00b here. I rode for about 4 months last year (summer only), got knocked off the bike by bad asthma in August (air pollution/wildfire smoke) and took transit all winter. I'm really hoping to get going year round this year.

F) Year-round/part time commuter
see above. I probably won't go out if it's -30C or something stupid (asthma) but I am going to see what I can build up to.

Bikes: 2015 Scissortail hardtail MTB, 2013 XL Longbike USS recumbent, 2010 Hans Schneider steel randonneur road bike, 2005 Surly LHT;

A) Occupation: state employee

B) Commuting Distance: 8 miles RT on a bike lane

C) When at work I don't change clothes and hope for the best. I ride slowly & pleasurably in to work. In the evenings I ride somewhat faster.... but still pleasurably.

D) Where bike is parked: leaning against the wall outside our bldg. They removed our bike racks for a construction project & haven't bothered to return them...

E) Number of years commuting: 7 glorious months

F) Year-round/part time commuter: I regret every day that I don't commute by bike and have only missed a dozen days in 7 months. In our climate, fierce thunderstorms are the primary deterrent and maybe the summer heat anvil of 80% humidity & 95 degrees.
