63 miles today in what stared off on a cool, overcast ride and ended up on a hot and sunny ride. Great ride none-the-less.

Only a 2 mile bike to pool, 1400 yard swim and 2 miles back home. Morning started at 0442 with a warm and humid 10K jog then a 5K walk with wife after she woke up.

Easy 37 mile ride with a new cycling aquaintance. He rides a Cannondale, so he's "worthy" as a riding buddy.

My weekly longer ride: 44 miles, 3800' of climbing. Not much of an average speed, however.

19 miles yesterday evening... Cannon Falls to Welch and back, next to the nearly-flooded Cannon River. Gorgeous.

Question - Is the Bontrager computer set to your exact wheel size (700x32) pretty accurate?
700X32 or 700X23? Did you mistype? Most can be set for the correct wheel and tire size. I think the default on the ones I've used, a Bell and a Specialized, was for 700x23. The instructions will tell you how to set it to the correct wheel and tire/tyre size.

Just my normal commute today. Yes, it was hot.

I froze both water bottles before leaving work. They actually stayed cold for about 45 minutes!

18 miles on the mountain roads in my neighborhood. After 5:30 pm to catch more shade, still hot in the sun. I tried a couple of new turns and found some more good climbs. I've been carrying three water bottles and other things to increase the weight. Bike and all at 36lbs. Felt strong today.

Two segmented rides today. First one out at 0615 with friend for 30 miles and second with another friend at 0830 for 40 miles. Beautiful weather just a bit windy towards the end.

34 miles at the wilderness MUP. Today's ride was a bit difficult because of the strong crosswinds and Florida Forestry doing controlled burns in the park. The smoke being carried by the winds made it somewhat hard to breath in certain areas. Hope they aren't burning tomorrow.
