I don't get out near enough. Yesterday's ride with me mate Nigel...

We were at the top of this hill and this old dude just appears from no-where worshiping the morning sun.

Part of our little ride that we rode up. Why does it look less steep in the photo?
I was feeling rooted at this stage.

Had a good ride today here in Chapel Hill and decided to bring the camera out for the first time in a while.

Nice Yelli! I still want one.

I went out on the Komodo today. First time running tubeless in the 40deg weather range. I think I'm going to run lower pressure in the cold b/c the tires and shock fluid aren't as supple. Probably drop it another 2psi.

Either way...an excellent ride at Swope Park trails in the KC area!!

Thanks, Ed. The Yelli is a fun bike, but I could have used the mach5 today...that place is root infested.

Nice set, Scrublover.

Short ride between classes. Feels good to be back on the pedal bike, now that it's too cold for the one with the motor. Wish I had more time to ride

Used the excuse of "post storm trail repair" to do some stuff.

New skinny. Bits taken from the stuff they cut to clear the downed tree from the trail corridor.

There is already a go-round on the backside. This just needs a bit of ramp work...

First snow today.

Barely above freeze at ground level - really thick, wet, heavy, sticky snow. Had to stop a few times to clear out the rear triangle from snow and leaves.

Rode after a 2-week work extravaganza: I walked up hills that I never knew existed, and set a personal (worst) record on a descent I normally enjoy.

No pics, but my brother and I got out today and did a couple of miles. We tried new routes and found a great downhill that is our favorite so far.

My brother in-law is 6'5". I'm 5'8". Makes for some interesting bike swapping.

Lens cover failure.

His timing was a bit off.

Little dude blended will. I nearly stepped on him.

I rode the trainer at the shop Wed. night for an hour. Weather is crap here and I still don't have all my wood in.

Getting a new Husqvarna 455 today, though . . . can I put a pic in "Post Your Rigs?"

Ah, well, that is certainly a legit excuse.

I'm kinda' jealous - I just have a little 22" Poulan. Works well enough when I need it, but then we aren't using wood as our primary heat source.
