Work called. The server is down. The office is closed. I'm riding to Nyack, leaving the GW 12:30ish. I'll delay if anybody wants to go.

I'm out for Thurs, but planning on another ACoD (Ass Crack of Dawn) ride on Saturday. Probably doing the usual Brooklyn/Manhattan/Brooklyn loop, but might consider going over the GWB. I usually leave the house 7-7:30AM and return noon-ish.

I might be up for that, if you're looking for company. I'm going to try to find my way up River Road today--never taken that route before.

You'd rather go to Dinosaur over Shake Shack to lose weight?!? Is Shake Shack only open for lunch or are they open in the evenings too?

Saturday I'm probably going to Floyd Bennett Field to meet a friend and go on a tune up ride for the 5BBT. Friend hasn't been riding much so this'll measure his fitness. All are welcome.

I'll do whatever time you guys decide on as long as I'm done moving my car by then. And I say Shake Shack so noteon can ride some of it off on the way home vs. the quick jaunt home from Dinosaur. 50 extra blocks of calorie burning!

Cool, let's see if we can work something out. I've been over the GWB on a bike exactly once and hung a left to go downhill into a park/picnic/rest area near the bridge.

I'm not planning on staying in NJ too long, just long enough to hit a hill or two before coming back. If I'm not back in Brooklyn by noon, my girlfriend turns me back into a pumpkin.

On low-carb? Absolutely. But if everybody else wants Shake Shack, I'll just get a shake and no burger and minimize the damage.

Hmm... since I live at the GW, that would be a short ride for me. Maybe ride together for a while and then you can head back down to Brooklyn and I'll keep going up to Nyack?

Want to meet earlier, say 6:15-6:30ish? Reasons are: 1) enjoy the sun while it's out, and 2) we never leave on time anyway.

I won't be able to get downstairs till about 7. 6:45 is probably the earliest, have to meet someone, come back and change. I'll have everything ready though so if you want to call 6:30 and ring me that could work.

What route do you guys plan on taking? How long is the trip? What's the average pace/speed?
