The special treatment football players get in college is sickening. Absolutely sickening.

Georgia players receive "practice tests" in advance of upcoming tests/exams that pretty much emulate the exact test. They are also given personal tutors to help them write papers. Along with the Vespas they are given to get around campus.

I heard they are also trying to get the faculty to sign a "they can stick it anywhere" clause

Certainly not enough of a difference to me to pay twice as much, but the LBS gave us the Force group for only $100 more than the Rival group, so that seemed worth it.
The front derailleur takes twice as much effort to shift from small ring to big ring. I am using the same cable housing and front derailleur, the only difference is the shifter and the cable. I guess I could replace the cable with a gore but that is about the only change I can make.

I'm not changing my picture to a cartoon character. I don't care how many people do it.

Is a picture of a statue really any better than a cartoon?

I think it is intended to raise awareness for child abuse. Mostly I think people are just enjoying googling their childhood memories.

It's a viral meme on Facebook.

Got married a little over ten years ago. I put my hand in there to show how big that burrito was.

Me either, I'm a firm believer that married people don't belong on such sites. I heard on the radio yesterday that 1 out of 5 divorces are now facebook related.

I imagine that if I was married I would be using Facebook differently/less than I do now.

That said, people aren't getting divorced because of Facebook; they're getting divorced because they've got problems.
