Well, since you asked...
The "new" old blower does indeed work, but apparently there is no choke or speed control, so once it's in gear, it just goes. Most of the safety features are broken or disabled. I'm not sure we can legally sell it. The "old" old blower still started, but after a few minutes of use, started spitting out chunks of drive belt. *sigh*
