It's been snowing here all day. Snowed yesterday. Will snow again tomorrrow. Good stuff.

I had an interesting day today. Left at 8am to ride about 35 miles up to the lake planning on watching a sailing race for a little while before heading back. Within 30 minutes of getting there I was fully decked in loaned cold weather gear and ending up crewing on a boat. Thankfully, someone was nice enough to drive my bike and I back because I was a frozen popsicle by the end.

Oh and we came in second place in the regatta. All in all, a good day.

I left it in the clubhouse with some people who wouldn't dare touch something that requires that much physical exertion.

Engaged 4H on the Jeep for the first time this season.

I was looking forward to flipping the 4H on Marge too, but they were too efficient clearing the roads, and it was unnecessary.

Our Sunday diner run is on country roads, that don't get cleaned up as well as the main roads.

Ugh. Still the last tinges of a hangover, and my feet are sore as hell from walking so much. If I ever have way more money than I know what to do with, I'd like to have a wedding like that one.

The Ravens and the Steelers are the only two teams that play real football.

Should be a great game.

Can anyone tell me how Facebook cartoon characters does anything to raise child abuse awareness? How about going out and volunteering to actually help some kids? Meh.

I was not aware that a lack of awareness was a big problem for this issue. It seems more likely that it is a "if you see something, say something" problem.

Speaking of which, child abuse has to be one of the worst things that plague our world.

I have a friend, who is one of the sweetest girls I have ever met. However, she was abused as a child, and is scarred for life because of it. Just breaks my heart.
