When should I replace my rear tyre? It's got threads showing all the way around.
It's like playing chicken or driving with the gas indicator on empty: I think I can squeeze a little more life out of it, but if I get a flat @ 30F it's not going to be a happy day.

Many of those, BLR. One of our club members took 4th in the Mulholland Double Century, another held the record for the Hoodoo 500 Voyager Division, which is a self supported class for 500 miles. A new record was set this year. I think another of our members is going for the American record for the Paris-Brest-Paris, which is 1200K. He is training hard, that's for sure. On last Saturdays 100 miler, I felt like I was riding in some very elite company, at least for a while. I just looked, and the same member finished the Autumn Solvang Double Century tied with two others, with the fastest time.
