Hey coasting, do you have any concoctions for headaches?

It's called sniping an auction. Don't let it stop you from bidding, just play the same game. I use bidnip.com to snipe auctions. Essentially you set the max limit price for the auction and then let bidnip bid for you. It uses Ebay's minimum bid and will bid up to your maximum price. It does this within the last few seconds of the auction. You do have to be able to accept if it goes over your price though, as you will still loose the auction. You can still go to bidnip before the auction ends and raise your price if you feel so inclined. It has a cost, currently about $.70 per auction, but it was about $.25 a couple of years ago, but you get 5 free for signing up. There are other services out there that do the same thing.

funnily enough I never seem to get headaches even when i'm ill. i'm amused that quackery is sought before medical advice in this thread. I am pleased.
I suggest that there are no homebrew concoctions for headache which is not an illness in itself but a symptom of potentially lots of illnesses ranging from the trivial to life threatening. At the trivial end with something like migrain, this is usually caused by a trigger such as certain foods. the cure for this would not be a concoction to take but a food/chemical to avoid.
At the serious end, no homebrew will save you from imminent death.

The roads are still too icy, and I am way too lazy to go outside and do some X-C skiing, so I just did 40 minutes on the rollers.
I did it to the TPOH, "The Pursuit of Happiness" CD "Lovejunk" from the early 90's, anyone still remember that? Seems a bit dated but not too bad. I think the band was/is from Canada.

I have to say, I was severely disappointed. The least you could have done is tell BLR to make a smoothie out of beets, celery, "coriander", garlic, and pomegranate juice and drink it in 15seconds. All while videotaping himself and posting on youtube.

I ordered them on 10/6/10 and received them on 11/19/10. They took about two weeks longer than they would have due to me changing the hubs at the last minute.

With blue instead of pink, this may be the new Oscar.

I only put in 18 miles today but I think I should get a few htfu points for the ride. The temp was around 22 or so with a real feel around 14.

Ride pictures.

This is how the roads looked for about 1/2 of the ride. Reminded me of riding the rollers.

on my ride today there was no snow but it was freezing and frost was all over the roads. I slipped and skidded on a number of turns which was a bit scary.

Yeah, it was fun but kept me on my toes. The biggest downside was everytime I put a foot down I had to clean out my cleats.

Of course, they then proceeded to dominate the CAT races they were in.
I rode in the "Citizens" race. I remember having to borrow gloves and a jersey because mine had this really cool multi-colored stripe on them, and since I wasn't a current or former world champion, I wasn't allowed to wear them in my race. That and watching some guy snap his arm in half at the bottom of a hill when he took a turn wide were the most memorable moments. For the record, I came in 14th out of 50-something riders.

OK this is REALLY annoying....my new 3T stem has a stack height that is about 5mm shorter than the current Ritchey one....which means when I swap out the stems I will need a 5mm spacer, which I don't have. It's probably a 50 cent part, I suppose I will have to go to the LBS and see if they have any loose ones floating around....
