(Assuming I don't fall deathly ill) On my next ride I can break the Velo Vol mileage record for a year. How will BikeForums celebrate?

Bike seems kinda cheap, though. If you're gonna spend $350K + on a car shouldn't you blow at least $10K on a bike?

A big bowl of Phở . As much chile paste as you can handle. Unfortunately a sore throat can't handle much. Go for Phở Ga if you want (chicken version).

Hot Toddy after dinner.

seems like it's better for day 3 of a cold. if you get loaded early on it tends to get worse IME.

Ha ha, "intense" sports fans must have too much money to spend. The newspaper is pushing people to sign up for a UT sports subscription site. $10/month for inane recruiting updates.

I like this comment:

Well, this forces me to decide whether to buy new banjo strings each month or subscribe. Think I will just keep new strings for playing Rocky Top

How much does the Wall Street Journal cost? I just glanced at the site and it looks like it is $12/month.

Looking through my old photochops. Had some good ones of Jan Ullrich in honor of ryanf in addition to my R600DA stash.

Funny stuff. Would such pictures fly in today's no-fun BikeForums? People would rush to report and they would probably get locked.
