I threw up a little bit in my mouth at the end of CT class tonight.
It was unpleasant, but since it took me by surprise, I'm really happy that I didn't yack all over my bike.

No, we did increasing time intervals of 120% of FTP, I had to knock down my watts halfway through, but bumped it up again at the end when we did 30 seconds at 130, 135, 140, and 145%. I'm thinking that working at a trade show all weekend didn't do me any favors.
