So my current one is measured from the angle perpendicular to the head tube, and the one I want is measured from the angle of the head tube in relation to the ground? So what I'm looking for is a 17 degree stem which could only be measured from the angle of the head tube since if it were measured perpendicular to the head tube, it'd be angled way below horizontal? I'm just trying to repeat in my words to clarify what you're saying.
this would give me a horizontal stem, right?

Measured from the perpendicular. Don't worry about that part though. Measured from the steerer is pretty much antiquated and you'll only see it on quill stems. 17 measured from the steerer would have INSANE drop or rise. 45° is about as high as you'll likely see measured from the perpendicular. 60° is about as low as you'll see measured from the steerer.

Yeah, we'd call it a dairy if'n they were milk and cheesin' it. Don't think we have any bread farms 'round here.
The farm I pass by every day only has hay
And once a year they'll sell a half a beef.

Are you saying that a farm that serves all of Southern Utah is too small to have a bakery and dairy where they make their own cheese and bread?

it's amazing what you can learn here isn't it? It's like free college.

Super Whitebread to the rescue!
Fun fact: the first boarding school I attending had a functioning dairy. Thankfully I transferred elsewhere before I got assigned to work there. What a nightmare that would have been.

That's pretty cool. Are the Amish? or Mennonites or something?

I just think of them when I think of a full-service farm. Dunno why. Most places here are more specialized. You'll pass by Ridgefield Dairy, then Johnson's Christmas Trees, then Jones' Filberts, Mountain View Llamas, there's even a chicken poop specialist up the road. I love their sign, big chicken and the tag line "Chicken Manure, it'll GROW on you!"
I guess I could see hippies doing the diversified farm/bakery/dairy concept also.
I reckon I think the Amish are the only ones who work enough hours in a day and have a big enough family to produce such a wide variety of products in one place and have enough surplus to sell to other folks.
This farm operation in UT might be totally different from the farms we have around here, I guess.

Considering the location, maybe it's a FLDS family...
