I sold the first one after I was told my riding days were over. Once I started riding again I purchased a new one. A couple of months later I decided that I would rather have a Quarq so I sold the powertap.

At rehab, I have to do planks. one minute two times (on elbows) and then right and left side for 45 seconds each. (And lots of other stuff.) They have gotten much easier. I think I would get bored doing it for more than a few minutes, even if it wasn't hard.

Hey Vol, I tried to hold a plank as long as I could when I was at the gym. I lasted 4' 28"

They get kind of hard, but boredom is definitely a bigger issue.

The gauntlet has been thrown. I shall not match that this week, or next, but perhaps later. coasting should set up a contest.

Not at the moment. It's pretty cold though. We broke some local snowfall records this week.

I haven't harvested any icicles. BTW, it's 8 F outside. Starry night, fresh snow, crisp air. I love it.

I just did a 2:45 Plank. Interestingly, my back felt progressively worse than my abdomen. I thought it would be the other way around.

I posted this on Facebook, but it's good enough to repost (if Pcad can re-run, why can't I?)

Premature year-in-review. A lot can happen in three weeks.
