Anyone know of a nice downtown 2 bdrm place for about $1200 or less a month, preferably in this area?

1st floor of a house would be ideal.

jeremywhitehorn 06-15-07 09:11 PM

next time any of you guys decide to put an order into misfit psycles for anything let me know and we can split shipping or what have you; i'm interested in a pair of their "fu2 bars". provided none of our friendly bike shop employee friends can order them in for me...

shouldn't be hard to find cheap rents in that neigbourhood. even cheaper if you go further west along bloor.

It totally depends upon the rims. If they are the same then it might not be a prob. If the wheels use different width/profile rims then the brakes will almost certainly need to be tweaked between switches.

I might know of a $1200, I don'tknow the price actually, just that peace & quiet are required, no loud music, that sort of thing, and I'm not sure of how many bedrooms, but it's the first floor and the basement, so probably it's 2 bedroom

re-reading that it seems I have no information on the place I'm thinking of, but there is a first floor 2-bedroom on Christie just across the street from Fiesta Farms, ph# on the sign, it's in your price range most likely and is a cycling house, mud porch parking. Directly across from fiesta farms is kind of nice too

mmm... lovely morning for a long ride out of the city. Just got back from this morning's bike rally training ride. I haven't logged too many km's on the road bike this year because of all the mountain biking, so I wasn't sure how 97km would feel. Verdict: like buttah. I think all the road riding last year helped the mountain biking, and all the mountain biking so far this year has really helped my road riding. Good times.

Now to go wash off 3.5hrs worth of grime. :P

97 km, oh boy, must have been tough.

Why is it Tovi is the only one of you slackers with the balls to come out for the Donut or any local racing?

So we can find out who you are through Tovi? Awesome. Good to know. Expect to meet me.

I know I'm totally falling for troll bait, but seriously, what is your ****ing problem?

cavit8 06-16-07 10:02 PM

Gentlemen, please. The blocking function is useless if you keep quoting this chump. I'd rather read one of Merton's posts...

operator 06-16-07 10:12 PM

Merton, LAWL.

pyze-guy 06-16-07 10:17 PM

I miss Mertons posts, they were priceless.

pyze-guy 06-16-07 10:50 PM

So sweep, by my estimation we did about 40km.

Felt like more but a good ride for sure it’s a nice stretch of road to ride, with the water front and all. Not many silly looking rodie's eather.
