Bikes: Menonite black urbanite, probably enough spare parts to make anther one.
enjoy your ride fellas, i'm off to work.
I don't know about a good ol'boy coverup but there sure isn't a lot of detail to the story, is there? I guess that maybe there is still an investigation underway so perhaps the police are not giving anything away just yet; lets hope that is the case and that there isn't anything under-handed going on.
On another note, who's beautiful purple Marinoni was that in front of the Gladstone last night? What a gorgeous bike, I am envious.

Alright...this might be the bad place to ask...But I need a ss/fg bike in a 54-56 sized frame (5'11") and I need it by...tuesday of next week...Im going to halifax, but i wish to have this sorted out before then. I have one catch though...Im not willing to spend over $300 for the full bike.
Sorry for the short notice...but Its really important that I have this bike before I leave

Gorgeous sounding Jamie Roy *drool* - if I had the green, I'd certainly make it my scene.
If not, try and buy there. Good luck.
Edit: just noticed your cost restriction, too bad... that could be tricksy business.

Subject: Tino's Guerrilla Super 8 Bike Film Screening - This Sunday!
From: "Martin Reis"
Message:
This Sunday, I will be hosting my first 'Guerrilla Super 8 Bike Film' Screening.
Hope you can drop by.
Armed with a big solar-charged battery pack, a Super 8 projector, a New Super 8 Bike Film and some original music by Tomasz Ciesla, I will be screening my new bike film for the first time. Disclaimer: This is 'Guerrilla' style. Swoop in, project film, leave. The whole thing will take 15 minutes, tops. No worries, I will do others in another place, another time ...
Details: Meet Bellevue and Nassau, Kensington Market.
Sunday August 26. 21:00 Hours. Sharp.
So what will you see? Something beautiful.
Note: This screening is not part of the Bicycle Film Festival (really) but certainly in honour of Benny Zenga, Todd Parsons, CineCycle, Charlie Prinsep and all those who ride ...

Mos Def goes by the alias "The Freaky Night Watchman"? That's awesome.

Does anyone want to grab a coffee before movie day? fiftytwo, seventy, twentysix, seven. Good luck to our homies at the 24hr race this weekend. Wish I could be at this one.
I loved Mos back in the day too and wish he didn't suck now but I have to say that amongst all of the rappers-turned-actors, he is by far the best. His turn in the Guide was pretty good and he was good in 16 Blocks as well and his new one looks to be very good and even though I cannot stand Jack Black, I think I will see this as I liked Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, who is the same guy who directs this:

i was debating going to the pedal screening but i guess i've managed to dawdle too long. i'm not a fan of movie-theatre-going... can the film be rented or somehow obtained for a smaller group screening?
