Find a high school that keeps the shop junkers outside: liberate! Actually, I can probably snag you one off a wreck from the farm, here. I'm back in the smoke tomorrow.

Anyone want to do a cool-weather road ride this weekend? Unless it's too windy.. I hate doing long rides in a cross wind!

The bar-top cross-levers? Urbane should have them.. Keith might have some too!

Thanks! Space inside for all the bikes or should I find a post? Plenty of options there... Hope to see you there.

Do you mean like cross levers, or..? like this?:

These are Tektro levers that I got from Urbane for $20 or $25. I love them. Good luck with your search.

We here in MACland production routinely use Firefox. We don;t have a single install of IE anywhere in production, because it's crrrrap. Safari3 is pretty funky. Get your MAC on Wes..

A friend of mine in NL just sent me a link to the results of the first "Tour de Shore" and in the results I saw that a guy I used to race/ride with back in highschool came in 2nd place (https://www.pedalmag.com/index.php?mo...&item_id=11516). I've tried to track the guy down a couple times over the years, but never found him. I had no idea where he wound up after highschool, but once I saw he raced for H&R Block it helped my Google searches.

So anyway, turns out he's the 2007 National TT champion! So that's TWO people I used to ride with back then that are now, or formerly, national champions in a cycling event (the other being Teddy from the Cycle Solutions mtb team). Plus he came in 5th in the National 'cross championships last year.

Giv'er Newf!

ps. what have I done with my life?!

Keith, can I schedule a time to come in tomorrow (Thursday) to get the wheels on single speed fixed, and my brakes tightened? Ideally if I coudl drop off the bike and come back in an hour or whatever, that woudl be sweet. I'd also bring in the Hed's, which don't need to be done right away.
