Yeah ok buddy it's me that doesn't get it.
Post it up...laughs on Monday are hard to come by. I am a little worried for my virgin ears/eyes but I am willing to risk it. i think I will send the guy an e-mail as well. serious at first...swooning/fawning..a quick handjob...get the price....and then ridicule the guy till he cries.

I was in High Park cycle about a year ago and asked him about a peach coloured Colnago pursuit and he quoted me a very high price, something like $1700, but I cannot recall exactly. I am pretty sure it was this one that I asked about, but you never know with Jan, he has tons of stuff and he may well have a room full of Colnago pursuit frames.

With that in mind, I am guessing this guy will be asking for a lot of cash as I doubt that Jan gave him a deal on the frame, regardless if they are a "team" or not.

Yeah...."team"...hahahaha. I assume by team he means Jan didn't totally rip him off on the frameset. In one sentence the guy says he has been in Toronto since 2006 and later says the "team' has been responsible for national Champs, Prov Champs etc for 17 years. What a grade a clown.

Ok, from the FGG forum: price is at 3850 CAD$ or 4075 USD.

Edit. Yeah HPC is a rip off, but I still feel bad because there is nice stuff there, that will never sell.

Hahahaha. If you can't take any critcism don't post your art projects on the interwebs.
For the record most of the folks in this little corner of the interwebs enjoy peoples efforts....its just that occasionally something comes along that just has to be ridiculed. This qualifies.
I see you also qualify as a tough guy on anonymous websites. WOW! Picking up teeth with broken fingers...how original. How about "your gonna have a hard time eating corn on the cob with no ****in teeth! I like that better. If you are gonna attempt to punch out everyone who doesn't agree with your little slice of bike heaven you are in for a serious headache. I don't usually go for violence tho...couldn't we just **** instead?
Oh yeah....if you "do it for you" like you claim...why do you care what we think anyway?

This is so true, I am always drawn to the store just to peek in and see the beautiful bikes he has. If he just invested a few bucks into an attractive store front or even just tidied up the place, and dropped the prices by 20%, he could sell everything and retire to the Bahamas or something.

I love the "I don't care" position that morphs into physical assault by the end of the sentence. Hmmm evaluation time anyone?

Totally. I often go there just to check the frames... But I've given up asking "How much?"
