Ok kids you asked for it and here it is. Since our friend is a member here, I don't even have to send an email. I can do it all in one shot! Yay! The internet really does bring people together. I have included my line by line "director's commentary". Email is in italics. Comments in regular text. Enjoy:
Yea.. OK
ITS a ****in buzz mate...
-I have no idea what this means???
you are obviously a miserable cock sucker and have **** all else to be doing with your time..
-This seems to me to be a series of assumptions. I'm actually kind of enjoying this in a perverse way.
people like you are a cancer that spreads deep in the bicycle community, a bunch of critics..
-What's funny about this statement is that there are people who say that about your kind. For the record I am not of this view. I say live and let live.
where is your contribution to any thing..
-You're right. I better contribute something fluorescent coloured or my obvious lack of street cred is going to be discovered!!! I could ask you the same question. So you made a brightly coloured bike. Thank god someone finally did that. Oh and you pointed out that not only are bike couriers "filthy and dirty" but that fixed gear bicycles are not only for them. Oh and for the record yes I have been a bike courier in Toronto before we have to debate that one. And for the record I am an enthusiastic advocate of personal hygiene.
you Don have to like it, if i have to explain why everything is the way it is for you.. you don't get it.
-Ok well in the interest of education why don't you explain it to me. I would really appreciate that. I'm all ears.
its an art piece.. you know a comment on society...
-What type of comment is this?
go **** yourself and get a hobby
-Um dude cycling is a hobby.
**** you
-Didn't see that one coming.

that race really does sound fun, but for 250 a day you could do a pretty wicked bike tour of your own, stay in hotel rooms and eat at restaurants. The support aspect is nice so you don't have to haul all your stuff though.

Admittedly but it isn't a tour...its an organized mass race event. Logistics for this must be insane. Transporting everything each day...including all the timing crap. It's a ton of scratch but I am gonna do it.

I'd suggest Eoin bring the speed machine to a specific race that is coming up, but he probably already knows...

Don't worry. As long as you hit that wire with the connecting hook at precisely 88mph the instant the lightning strikes the tower... everything will be fine.

And here I thought it would be another boring ole Monday on Bikeforums. With all this aggression I have built up today I think I will go find a mime and throat-punch him...should make me feel better.

"commentary on contemporary mores?"
"slice of life?"
"vorshtein?"
"bikes are like gossamer and one doesn't dissect gossamer?"
Thats the best I got.

Another simpsons reference:
Carl: I don't get all this eyeball stuff. Uh, what are they supposed to represent? Uh, eyeballs?
Moe: It's po-mo! [blank stares from all]
Post-modern! [more staring]
Yeah, all right -- weird for the sake of weird.
Guys: Oooh!
