Don ride today? Anyone going?

Rice cereal, mashed bananas and pureed prunes dont sound tasty to me, but to Carson, delicious.

And I had homemade pie today....mmmm...apple and mixed berry....so good...you all are jealous....

Not today, sorry. PM/email me about that though. I've gotta run various errands tonight... plus I'm sore as hell after having the massage-therapist beat the hell outta me last night.

Mine showed up early too when I ordered it last summer. I try and keep the cross-support strap thing lower on my chest because it typically rides up the longer I'm on the bike. Solid bag, lugged it around Thailand for a month, commuted to campus daily through the year; and no major complaints.

If you set the bag up right they are pretty comfy, I've done some 50km+ rides with it on it, and might use it to haul a sleeping bag and stuff when I do a 450km ride one weekend to my cottage since I lack a rack/panniers.

I'm not free again until next Tuesday I might go and check it out today, try some easy stuff with the new setup before I try the more technical trails.

My point was that at the point in the descent there should be no fingers on the brake levers.

I thought we were going to Albion on Saturday? At least I am....going to Kelso on Sunday for the D.H. O-Cup.

Uh huh. My sphincter was tight enough on that descent without being totally off the levers.

The fact that I caught some high-speed air after I noticed you guys were there has to count for something!

Pyze, I'm staying in and working on school stuff for awhile this afternoon/evening, but on Tuesday I'll head to the Don with you if you like. I can normally be at the trailhead by 4pm.

Well, I'm certainly willing to modify the plans, weather dependent! I forgot about that. However from what I've heard it's supposed to be rainy on Saturday. Not that I put a whole lot of faith in forecasts for anything more than the next 36 hours, but...

I subscribe to the Les Nessman school of weather forecasting....also known as "Eyewitness Weather". Look out the window.

Ya, anytime between then and ... well, dark is fine for me. No word on the cog - I'll call them tomorrow and nag. Expect a PM.

Yeah, I tend to agree with that method but longer-term planning is necessary when trying to organize any outing involving more than one person.

Stupid medieval video players!

CM Video: sound borked and it's still ~45mins and it's sped up x2.25 so far.

Edit, link changed - I put some tunes in the background over it and sped it up some more.
