Wicked - I'll see you at my checkpoint, then... And yeah, no restrictions whatsoever on what you ride.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, krusty. My condolences to your family.

My Dad's a lifetime smoker and had a stroke in mid-May, another lovely side effect of smoking. Again, don't smoke kids.

Your honour, my clients is simply a victim of his collection compulsion. How else can you explain all the bikes he kept in storage rather than selling them as any good business man would. He needs help, not punishment.

Fifteen days is lucky. Lucky being relative of course. Most of my relatives lasted months, which is far worse.

edit: sorry, that was out of line.

Anyone have a 1,1/8" rigid 26" fork they arent using? Something solid and threadless? Also taking any non-canadian tire/wally world susp. forks if you have, coils are cool as long as they are stiff. V compatible is a must.

I just blew the seals on this "grind" fork that came with the bike, and it squeaks like an iron gate, and is mushier than an ancient tuna sandwich.

I will trade you things, like an alexrims/shimano rear road wheel, or brakes/levers, repairs/rebuilds, etc.

Ditto.. my Mom a lifetime smoker and is in excellent physical health according to her Doc, but had a 'mini-stroke' about 5 years ago. No apparent effects... she got off VERY lucky.

I call BS. The MTO rules are *very* clear. They require an electric engine, peddling access at all times, and a top speed of 32kmh. Easy breezy.

What's screwing things up is "enterpeneurs" selling gas motors for bikes and claiming they're power-assisted rather than mopeds. Thanks for this. I'm sending Andrea Horwath a letter right now.

That and the fuzz don't know which end is up if it doesn't have four wheels.

Interesting re: the FCC, hopefully it'll at least help to set a precedent here if it ever comes to surface.

I read this in the Sun yesterday(?) and it pissed me off, moreso his intonations and way he wrote it:

I hate riding east on dundas, and eastern will be an awesome route in the winter.

i'd love to ride past this dickhead in the middle of a snowstorm in the open bikelane.

Shapelike is great-like!

Hey Mike- did you get accosted by the sketch dude on the mountain bike around Jarvis and Queen? He saw that I was faster than him, made an "oh-ho" sort of noise, and then started racing me (riding with a trailer, mind you!). Then he swerved across the road and almost made me rear-end him. Awesome.

The bike lane on Eastern will be under 4' of snow drifts all winter like every other bike lane in the city.
