my bag-o-tricks would barely fill the front pocket of some skin tight 70's era hip-huggers! i'm thinkin a small frame low gear trick bike might be in order, with some super narrow risers for leg over bar type skids. 48X16=fast, but not so much for tricks. whatever. we all gotta start somewhere. and ditto on the slow sync flash shots! i'm bringing my tripod this time.

Too early for me... I'm meeting my bandmates for 6:30 at Sneaky's for an interview. I was thinking a little later like 8:00. Then again, don't hold back on account of me.

8ish is better for me. By the time i get home, feed the dogs, eat some food, blah blah blah. We started goofing around after 8 on Friday night and it all worked out ok.

I'm no good at backwards circles. I need to practice track standing on my 'off side' as I think thats whats holding me back. I'll have to miss out though as I am starting tai chi classes this evening (6:30) and then have plans to go to a comedy show at clinton's and have to eat dinner at some point.

PS. Those seat covers were all the rage in Oman. They were the most popular kind of saddle, save for the 'lambskin wrapped around the top tube so a 10 year old can ride a 20" frame' saddle.

I like 8 as well. Gives me time to let todays class settle in the stomach. My trick(s) consist of being able to stop.

I checked out the bike painting at school today. Not as good a deal as I first thought. It's free for me, but paint cost is $$ for anyone else. About $50 for paint in stock. Custom paints are more. If anyone is interested at that price, I don't know if thats good or not, let me know and I'll figure out a date and get the paint colours we have. Frames need to be preped with sandpaper, but not stripped. Cost includes clearcoat as well with a 6-7 day turnaround time.

did anyone pick up that gardin?

here's a yellow(yum), 1966(yow), olmo for $175 (yikes)
https://toronto.craigslist.org/bik/304884879.html
emailed the seller for more details and pics if possible.
EDIT: 21inch(53cm?) frame. no pics but he said people are coming by thursday to check it out. i'm sure it's going to go for more then 175.....

speaking about yella, the canary closed. https://www.thestar.com/article/198401
meh..nice location, cool building, but their service lacked to say the least. there's a lot they could do with the menu but didn't. maybe the overhead's too high in that place? morning glory's right nearby and they're doing great. i can't believe they're not getting any spillover business from the weekend distillery crowd and it a quick walk for all the condo dwellers nearby as well. methinks it's combination of crappy food and management. <-- nonplussed would-be customer.
