I've seen it on a few, but usually if the bike is clearly abandoned, caked with rust, stripped, etc. They usually leave it on for two weeks than take the bike.

I'll need to swing by the transportation yard and see what's there tomorrow morning.

my boss is playing doom or something on his computer. every time i walk by his office he frantically alt+tabs it back to word and pretends to be looking at documents, as though he might get in trouble... from his intern.

i wonder if there is a spring blitz to free up some parking spaces? i dont mind that idea!

they were behind a fence. id be interested to hear if they were ok with garbage pickers. waste not, want not!
