Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Problem with Specialized S3 helmet

I upgraded from a Specialized Propero II to S3 after a recent crash. I was off the bike for 3 months recovering so now that I'm back I noticed I don't like the restraint on the S3. If I had hair it would be fine, but I don't so it's not. There is a little nub on the inside of the back restraint that digs into your scalp when you turn your head (either left of right since it's on both sides). Seems like a poor design, why would anyone make the inside of the restraint anything but smooth? Since it's been 90 days I doubt the shop will replace it, not sure but I'll find out this weekend. Does anyone know if I write Spesh and complain will they do a customer service swap?
