I missed how fast Zwift thinks I am. 22mph when doing 150 watts on the flats? Sounds legit.

That's exactly why I've decided to go back to the trainer, at least for a few days a week. Too much fooling around when riding outdoors, inside it is ALL BUSINESS. I might even do intervals and whatnot, although I have to say that fooling around in Zwift is a bit too tempting.
If you see me pass don't forget to wave. I'll be the one giving you the look.

I already know my FTP (also, FTP tests hurt.) As for intervals, I'll probably stick to TrainerRoad for that, as from what I read Zwift cannot control the resistance based on my PM, which apparently TrainerRoad can.

The actual numbers might be wrong, but the workouts are based on the z-power so it should be just as effective as using "real" power.

I get that a lot, but it's independent of me being tired from a ride. It's just too much pressure on the ulnar nerve in your hand (could be elbow, too). When I dropped my bars 1cm I had numbness for like 3 days. They're back up and no more issues unless I'm out there for 3+ hours, and even then it only lasts a couple hours.
I have a really long torso, so disproportionately more weight is on my hands given the same height and bike setup. So I have to be more upright to compensate for it and get through the rides. Better core strength would help me a lot, too.

The fitter who works in the shop I ride with usually asks people to try to ride in the drops, and then let go with their hands but still hold the same body position while pedaling for ~10 seconds or so.
If they can't do it, they're too low or their core needs a lot of work.
Obviously not a one-size-fits-all approach, but it's an interesting rule of thumb.

Silly machinations? You're such a hopeless provocateur. Those kids have athletic skills you couldn't approach in your wildest dreams, except in a lips flapping event.

So answer this: do track and field competitors do anything comparable to swimmers while waiting to take their marks?
