Watching the March Madness was a brush with Murcan commercials period. I'd forgotten how generally annoying they are. They wouldn't let me watch with my ad blocker on.

And that's the end of my shift. You late nighters, try and keep up.

I've been reading Addiction I, in order to bring myself up to speed here. I recognize you from there.

Many years ago. But I do check in here from time to time.

LOL. I've gone that far (and farther) with just water.

I've eaten that much and more without even riding at all.

They are the worst.

Drop the mic. How overplayed.

Now let's copy the competition with droping the mic.

And the fake people on these... who would want to emulate these fools?

That's good. I don't recall what year it was when we last chatted. I fell prey to rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago, which has had an impact, but I'm still riding.

It was a little over 2 hours, with a half an hour of warmup. I was by myself for almost an hour.

You're not a normal cyclist. Just sayin'.

It was probably about 4-5 years ago that we talked. I stopped visiting forums, Facebook, etc a lot around that time. Decided to get back to the simpler things. Glad to read that you're still riding. Very sorry to hear about the arthritis. My spin instructor has arthritis and at times I can see how difficult it is for him to spin.

For the love of god quit making things worse... just bring it by tomorrow and let an expert take care of it for you. We only have like a million dollars worth of equipment, and play with hobby crap all the time. Machinist's name is Darwin, and he doesn't drink so maybe schtupp him an A&W root beer, he drinks those a bit.

Hi Holly, nice of you to drop by. Don't be a stranger.

Perhaps. But learning to eat properly on the bike is a skill that should be adopted early. Eating a six course meal then adding calories on top of it throughout teaches ones body to operate in that manner. It needs to be taught to survive on its fat stores instead.

This morning I heard a radio ad for a, how shall I say this, male gamete donation firm. The ad claimed you could make up to $150/visit. Post high school education required.
