Chris Pratt is an incredibly attractive man.
Almost enough to get me to go to the movie theatre. Almost. |

Scarbo rode a Huffy? I wouldn't post in here either, that's embarrasing.
I'll paraphrase something an historical personage one said: I've never met a bike I didn't like. I've never ridden a Huffy; but I'm almost positive I'd find something to love in it. I think the very first bike I ever rode (I was, 5 years old; don't remember exactly) was this really old, rusted, hand-me-down-from-a-farm-worker bike called a J. C. Higgens. I don't really know anything about them; no doubt those guys in C&V do, though. But, what I do know is that I instantly fell in love with riding bikes and have been riding ever since. |

Did you watch Passengers? I thought that it was enjoyable enough. I think that most of those that voiced displeasure did so because they thought that it could have been better (obv), but not because it was outright bad.

Not I. I recently ordered up a pair of these from Merry Olde. They're wonderfully elegant (if you're into Old School) and, for me, comfortable. |

Just got home from another interview. Very positive. My name preceded me. Their CPA recognized my name from the resumes they had him screen. He called me yesterday and then called the interviewer. He said if they don't hire me he had me in mind for another company.
Another CPA they and I have worked with in the past heard I wad interviewing from the original CPA and he called them this morning before my interview and gave a glowing referral of me. I think there may be an offer from them in the next 24 hours and it will be in line with whay I've been earning.

"Oh really? Some shoes are faster than others even when covered by shoe covers?" inquires I. "Yes," he says, "sometimes." Hmmm I have over 20,000 miles on my current shoes, will need new ones at some point anyway. I suppose I could just get some fast ones now. What's faster? Laces are generally faster. Goggle goggle google and voila! http://i771.photobucket.com/albums/x...F420935681.jpg Lime green and black. Just like the TT bike. Of course they're covered anyway when I'm in full race regalia, so does it really matter? No. It does however appeal to my sense of aesthetics. :) |

 Won't make any difference! My road bike has flat bars, so I'm already 'unclean' and to be shunned.

Bike of the Day:
Handcycles. One of them was a Quickie Shark like the one below, except it has an IGH. http://www.thelivingcentre.co.uk/med...cle__08580.jpg |
