Me too. Maybe that'll be my sneak-out-by-myself movie this year. The last few years, Marvel movies have been the solo-sneak movies of choice for me.

I've got a date night coming up, and I think we're doing sushi.

I miss sushi. We haven't gone out for sushi in... probably two years or so. If nothing else, I'll have to push for that on the bday in the fall. Lots o' sake, too.

We have an all you can eat Chinese place that also had sushi. So, it's all you can eat sushi. It's decent.

A BUNCH of these bright red dragonflies were zipping around the backyard this afternoon.

I rode up the mountain again today wearing my Giros with laces and SPD cleats.

These are flexy as heck. The same ride but much harder.

But at least I had the option of walking out of the wilderness in case of mechanical instead of being found some day in the stiff Bonts.

Pretty sure a few of these bit me today. Nice pic tho.

Thanks! And yeah, I made sure to stay the hell away when they were flying - anything that bright red in nature is probably not something to get too close to. Like our red Texas wasps...

Nope. My wife is the movie goer. I'm a Netflix person.

I love dragon flies - they seem to eat all of the bugs that bite me.

It's weird how suddenly, out of nowhere, swarms of insects will appear at their appointed hour on the calendar.

I've been a country boy all my life, and I've never heard of anyone being bitten by a dragonfly.

Guess who picked the movie?

Jadesfire 05-24-17 05:46 PM

Chris Pratt is an incredibly attractive man.

Almost enough to get me to go to the movie theatre.

Almost.

Trainsnorter's wife?

Trsnrtr 05-24-17 05:51 PM

Just checked with my wife. She liked the Galaxy movies equally.

I've heard it was similarly good. I found the first one a good mix of humor and action.

Don't blow this for us.

It's really funny to compare him now vs at the start of Parks & Rec.

If you need someone to go to the movies with you, she's your gal. She went to the King Arthur movie today.

Most likely for this family forum. Search Youtube for Chris Pratt on the Graham Norton show. Title is something like "Chris Pratt gets naked on parks and rec," if you want to see the clip. It's just a chat show interview.
