Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Reminds me: Garmin put out a "Perfect present for HIM" ad on Facebook and there were women up in arms in the comments talking about how sexist it was to say something like that. Meanwhile they also had a "Perfect present for HER" campaign running at the same time. Some people are just looking for things to get offended about.

+1 We're lucky to have such a special guy.

I love the remark about the car, was that genuine or was that you who stuck that in there?

I guess the pertinent question is what should happen if we find an answer to this?

Should we change to a closed club and only add people that request from here?

Etc...

I'm the current admin on it, but I may be able to add others. And I'm open to suggestions.

I guess I could set the location to near me, that we if we get local rando's (there may be like 3-4 of them now, looking at the list), then I'd least I'd have some idea WTF they are.

It's all fun and games until a low rack makes it clumsy to get your bike out and in your rush you knock the whole flimsy thing over. Not that that's ever happened to me.

But for the record, they took that from the ISM Adamo.

It's gotta be simpler and less prone to user error than hooking the front of the saddle over the rack.

You are a breath of fresh air. One of my docs in Boulder handed me Ambien without a second though. That was the worst night of nightmares I've ever experienced. It's actually a "fun" drug?

As opposed to someone banning anyone who rides more than themselves, for instance.
