Fridays are now supposed to be one of my fasting days. But for the past few days (weeks/months...) I've been within a hair's breadth of sending emails that would get me at least reprimanded, if not outright fired, over other people's general idiocy. And I have to work with one of those people today.
So I opted to eat breakfast for the sake of keeping my job.

This Winter has been weird. Colder than usual, greater-than-average snowfall. Then. Bam! 50 degrees and raining one day, all the snow melts, flooding. And -5F and snowing the next day. There is usually a mid-Winter thaw in January, but we've had like 3 or 4 of them.
