I never thought he was condescending but he disappeared a year or so after i arrived here. Perhaps i didn't notice it or was too stupid to recognize it.

I rode today and was relatively pain free. 13.16 miles the heat robbed about 1 mph from my average speed. 80° dew point is as high as I have ever seen. Pathetic speed but it's better than nothing.

At this point there's no indication my iron levels are involved, there's just not enough red blood cells swimming around.

February 16, 2017 I was gonna hit some gravel and I thought it would be cold enough but nope, had to walk back outta there and scrape my shoes and tires off once I got back to the pavement.

My sources tell me BAM is still breathing, and finished his ride yesterday in under 6 hours.

In Rock Springs, Wyoming's wet season if it was cold enough you could ride the trails, but once it got up close to 30° ambient, the sun could heat that frozen mud up enough to swallow your bike whole.
February 16, 2017 I was gonna hit some gravel and I thought it would be cold enough but nope, had to walk back outta there and scrape my shoes and tires off once I got back to the pavement.

Yep. No argument from me certainly, and even she had enough headache with her departed SystemSix that she never again wants any more integrated nonsense than necessary. The goal here is to have two bikes, and this will likely sit on fat 650s so the Topstone can be used for like riding to the gym and as a backup.

Oh and while I cannot confirm whether or not bears **** in the woods, they definitely do at least also **** on our patio. Fortunately no other evidence of their presence.

We live along the foothills of a mountain range that is most definitely bear territory. It's not uncommon for people to post pics of bears swimming in their backyard pool or spa. I expect poop happens, too.
