Raced with Marconi Tuesdy nite at E/creek. 35.8k average in 'E' grade :eek: Got hammered in the sprint by a couple of 35y/olds who have only started racing this month :rolleyes: and me looking for a rest after Mondy. :( I don't think 'D' was any quicker.

they are on as well, but manly warringah MTB is running the same thing on a sat. either way, looks like lots of lactic acid! hoping to be ble to race most of them, but my jump skills are sadly lacking :( hece im looking at this as a good oportunity to get it under control.

its a mini bike course, theresn othing extreem there, just a few table tops which are apparantly rollable, but its a good oportunity to practice them!
