You have just waved the red flag for the bull. Now stand clear everyone, it's gonna get ugly
I will amend my stretching statement from before. I did a post-race stretch last night after my calf locked up during the sprint finish. I had to stop pedalling and went from a potential win to 5th coasting in

Well, I'm all about cricket.

for me 20-20 was fast food.
I really enjoy test match cricket as its more than just whackin a ball and setting a defensive field.
I dont really enjoy one dayers

you totally ignored the 5th commandment of Sgt. Barnes: "Take the pain! Take it! "
Back in my day if a calf locked up in a sprint we'd just reach down there 'n rip it clean orf, and tuck it into a jersey pocket so as ma could stich it back on when we got home.

Back in the day I used to play hockey through and with injuries. This is probably why my ankles can now rotate nearly through 360 unaided.

Never mind, Jock. I must have already made my indifference to cricket known. He's not taking the bait.

I looked round and the nearest rider was about 100m+ behind me. so I kept pedalling and hung in there by the skin of my teeth!
