Nope. That could be a problem in the bathroom, where the toilet is in it's own little cubby. Hard to navigate with the cane, barely enough room for me to move around in there normally. And there are steps going into the "office" where I hang out in the morning. Steps going out of the house, too.
The doc is ok with what I'm doing and I hope to see progress next visit.

No one has posted a Friday music video . . . until now. I think we're going to play this at the next KCB concert.

Bikes: I've lost count.
put a new saddle on the gravel bike. So I took it around the local riverbank MTB tracks. maybe need to drop it a fraction. And it will defineately be more comfortable when it breaks in. When I got back from that it was too late to mow the lawn and it was still nice and warm so I took a vintage road bike for a ride. A nice there and back on a nice wide MUP to the next town.
Overall a good Saturday.

When’s your next visit, 5 years? I’m on the 3 year plan, unless of course the prostate gets me first.

Depends on pathology of the polyp they removed. If it’s a precancerous adenoma, 5 years. If it’s not anything or a hyperplastic polyp, 10 years. Gotta wait a week to know. I am in NO RUSH to get another.

I woke up at 5am and had some super sugary instant oatmeal of the apple and cinnamon variety. No microwave though, just boiled water in my electric kettle and poured it over the oats.
