Lucky you! I had to have a Basal Cell Carcinoma Moh'd off my neck back in January. Luckily it was only 2 slices.

TIZ still works for me sometimes, but it does seem to be hit and miss. Sometimes when a race is happening I go to youtube and do a search and may get a live stream for free. Sometimes a paid site will pop up but I don't know if they are trustworthy.
Some races are on Peacock, like the TDF. You could buy it for a month (if it's available in your area). I think the UCI site might have options. And you can google "how to watch" which sometimes gives you options.
Bicycle racing is a very small sport in the US, a lot of stuff available in Europe doesn't cross the pond. Don't know about Mexico.

Tough day for mowing activities. After a few minutes of mowing, the mower came to an abrupt stop.
After texting with tech support and crawling around on the earth, I determined that the belt that turns the wheels had derailed. Oy. No way I'm fixing that.
The mower remains where it broke down.

Saw this motorcycle on FB marketplace. It's an ATK, one of Horst Leitners' designs. Check out the little disc rotor on the countershaft, the backward brake pedal and the master cylinder. Less obvious is the anti-chain torque set up with two idler sprockets and the single shock on one side of the swingarm.
I just like looking at weird designs of machines.

Threw in a cheeky TT in the middle of my 90 min z2 multi tasking trainer session. Pushed decently hard but no where near a max effort. Fun course, undulating then a ~4' stair step climb at the end. I wish more IRL TTs were technical like this!
Tomorrow - the SDMBA (San Diego MTB Assoc.) Archipelago ride. It's a fun Aloha themed fondo style event with hundreds of riders. 45 mi (only a couple road crossings), 5,000' elevation. I aim to start somewhere in the middle of the 1 hr start window and roll with a small group of friends. Mahalo!

I'm sure it was sitting out somewhere before they decided to sell it. You can tell it was hardly used because the paint on the frame would be more worn off from the riders' boot if it was ridden a lot. It's actually cleaner than my motorcycles were most of the time. I think it's from the mid 90s.
Horst Leitner was the founder of Amp Research and designed the suspension for Amp bicycles. He also patented his rear suspension design "Horst Link" which was purchased by Specialized and licensed to other bike makers for years. He branched out into automotive products including articulating running boards for trucks and even electronics.
Check out the fork on this bike. A friend had one bitd.

It could be cancer.
All we could see was your screen.
Someone else put it back on this morning. Mowing activities (there) will resume next week.
