I haven't posted in this thread yet so here's my geared road bike:

2006 Bianchi 928 with 10 speed Campy Veloce, Fulcrum 5's, Look Keo Classic and Conti 4000s rubber.
This bike is nimble, stable and very comfortable.

nice Bianchi. A black colored wheelset would look killer on it.

Kinda funny, I also build "hot rod" PC's as a hobby and there's a forum where everyone posts pics of their rig with all the load-outs and everything. I'm feeling deja vu.

I would like to get a computer, as I am getting serious into cycling, and can't decide if I should get the 200 or 500. I know that you can not add anything to the 200, but it is $200 less than the 500.

So it depends on how serious you plan on getting (keeping track of HR, cadence, hill gradient, indoor training) or just care about speed and time.

I am loving this American Classics wheelset with the stainless steel bearings. In group rides I find myself coasting and still gaining on other riders who are pedaling. My computer isn't on the bike in this picture but I have the Garmin Edge 500 in the old team colors that match the bike.

Reeses, is that the 2012 Newest? Looks nice. My last bike was the 2011 Newest. I liked the bike a lot, put lots of miles on it, but just upgraded to A Specialized Roubaix. I get a discount on Fuji's through Promotive, but none of the new Fuji's had the gear ratios of the Apex gearset with the 11-32 rear cog. I live in Colorado and climb lots of big hills so I wanted the low gear ratios, otherwise I probably would have stayed with Fuji.

I climb a lot of hills and I'm trying to improve this because I seem to get passed by everyone on the hills. I had a Cateye which captured all the basic data but I wanted to be able to measure my heart rate and gradient and cadence as I climb to see what the heck is going on physiologically with me and I was looking for a computer that would do all of those and I ended up with the 500.

Specialized Roubaix Elite Compact with Spinergy wheelset
Just got the Spinergy Stealth PBO wheelset. So far I love them. They stay true and roll fast. May not be the lightest but the combination of performance and price work for me. Plus I think they look good on the bike. Sorry about small pic. I never get that right. I guess you have to click on it to see larger pic.

It's served me well, it's my first road bike and the only other one I've ridden is my friend's 2010 Fuji Roubaix 3.0. I sort of bought it on impulse when I first got into cycling, but I'm happy with it. I managed to shave a pound off the stock weight by changing out the wheels, pedals, bars, stem, and saddle. My next upgrade will probably be a pair of Michelin Pro 4 Service Course tires by this summer or when I get a puncture (whichever comes first).

I have the Forte Titan wheel set. I got it last December and haven't had any problems with it. It's definitely a step up from my stock Alex rims.
