Very sad news. He was very helpful poster here and I've used his website as reference material many times when I needed to find good information.:(

That's a shame. I've been in Harris Cyclery a few times, and all the folks there are great. They, and his family, must be taking this hard.

The cycling family has lost a legend. Sheldon Brown was a gracious man and teacher to all that loved the sport of cycling. My prayers go out to his lovely family.

He was still posting over the weekend? Our hearts go out to Sheldon, and his family and friends. He will surely be missed.

Sheldon was the best among us. The last thing the world needs right now is to lose another good man. While we mourn him, we should also celebrate his life. How many of us will live and die so well?
