My Bianchi L'una. Have since replaced water bottle cages with Bianchi celeste carbon ones. This is the only pic I have here at work, besides pics don't do her justice when the sun shines on her.

I disagree. The position is not bad, and the Tarmac is a superior frame for some uses. The bar/hood angle looks a little odd, but otherwise it's hot.

Dang is sexy an option?? something about this bike is amazing

What? Why?

One could say the same things with Porsche and Ferrari owners. Shoulda bought Hondas.

You guys are aware that the Tarmac comes with the spacers and an adjustable degree stem installed, right?

I think it's the angle of that that full side photo that makes it look odd. When I swapped from the 2010 105 stuff to Red I spent quite a while riding with no bar tape just so I could position things where they needed to be. I made adjustments as I rode and when I settled on what was good for me I wrapped the bars.

What I rode today: 1984 3Rensho SuperRecord Export, mixed group of Superbe Pro, NR, Maillard, DA.

Up for consideration is my budget racing / club ride bike. Rides pretty good for how inexpensive it was :o

Thanks. It's hard for a ~$700 bike to compete with stuff in this thread though :o

in terms of hotness I see what he meant because it would look hotter without the spacer and stem flipped up which is why the suggestion about getting a Roubaix was made. Of course there's nothing wrong buying a Tarmac and setting it up to make it comfortable, it just won't look as hot to some.

;)

that is probably the best frame decal i've ever seen, and in the perfect location. i might have to tape something like that onto my top tube.

EDIT: i mean the "pedal damn it," not the "tarmac," obviously...

^ That Tarmac is freaking HOT, although the bottle cages look kinda cheapish to me.... digging the anodized brakes.

those are the standard specialized cages. it was the only color the shop had left unless i was going to spend 50+ on carbon cages. I'll spend alot of money on bike...but not on carbon cages. and yeah...i was hesitant to buy them b/c of the color, but actually they are not as bright in real life and look really good on the bike...that pic came out weird

sorry for background shed (been leaning for years), and I know - it's not in front of a white garage door..... bought this set of carbon tubulars for my old planet x as an end of the semester present from me - to me. Not as flashy as many of the bikes which get posted but has been a good bike for over 10,000 miles since last spring. And at a few ounces under 16lbs as pictured, not too heavy either :)
