*WARNING!!! Do not attempt unless you have a Titanium Taint.

Not. Not.

So according to most of the people in this thread, basically unless it's a high end modern road bike that's fitted perfectly and the pics are skillfully taken with a DLSR the bike is, in fact, not hot.

It's the 41, where even DA 7800 is obsolete.

That pretty much sums it up. It's not look at the bike I just got.

mazdaspeed 12-16-11 03:56 PM

Hot is the 1%

It is "here is my bike. Is it hot or not?" Or atleast that is what the OP said:

yup. This thread got spoiled early on because some people posted some super hot bikes and set the bar high early. But yeah, it's post whatever you have. Just be prepared for a NOT and have a thick skin. This thread was just meant to be fun - think sometimes people take it too seriously. :D

As it were, it seems everyone's opinion in the 41 seems to be as serious as death and taxes.

So do you think my bike would look better with deep wheels or the low profile?

thinking of going 60mm tubulars.....

i fully understand a single front ring on a commuter and mountain bike but on this? it looks like it was built for climbing only.

what rear derailleur is that?

plpete 12-16-11 06:50 PM

This bike was just posted in the Scott thread and it was built for climbing. What kind of wheels are those?

i would accept the minimal weight gain of a large ring so i could ride back down.
