the ocd in me makes me want to kill myself looking at that white bike. Even though it is very clean, it is a NOT.

So, I am tempted to post my bike, but the only thing is the steerer needs to be cut.

What do you mean in regards to torque? I have no problems with weight limits on parts, but I do ride hard. I couldn't imagine changing out 1000 dollar derailleurs and cassettes every time something went wrong. In the end, it's the smile the matters. How many miles have you put on that thing?

The saddle to handlebar drop is fine, there is just 3 spacers on top of the handlebars...

He means 2-3 Nm torque limit.

The derailleur is pretty solid as are the wheels but i don't weigh much.. the saddle and post give me some pause and likely what would go first if anything...

Did you build the Scott to chase KOM's on Strava or a particular event? There seems to be more Strava participation in the Bay Area than just about anywhere.

I do a lot of hill repeats in the spring... on one particular climb i probably shift a handful of times in an hour climb, descend, go up again.
