Changed saddle, stem, bar tape to black (and saved some weight too!)

Was too lazy to put my carbon wheels on, but I ride my Psimets 99% of the time anyways. Next is a carbon compact spider and Praxis 52/36 chainrings when they release them

Oh my that Tarmac is getting quite toasty, hot indeed! Tsunami isn't too bad either. Not hot yet, but pretty warm.

Hi Raven,
Your bikes are really hot and love the bike in first picture most, very sharp pictures. As I am new member of this forum and don't have a recent picture of my bikes but will share some pictures soon.

A much better pic than the previous one. Great looking custom build. HOT.

If I would change anything, it would be a Calfee Bar-Stem, and a Berk SLR Post Combo, with a Calfee internal battery. All of that is totally unnecessary, but would make it perfect in my opinion, not to mention totally custom, and most likely sub 5888g, or 13lbs. The battery is pretty well hidden as it.

+1 - especially with Berk. That kid is cranking out amazing work and would top off the Crumpton nicely - although bare carbon saddles aren't for everyone.

coppercook62 05-29-12 10:47 AM

I thought about getting a Berk but I rode a Fizik K1 for a handful of rides and really hated it. So I am not to sure if I want to invest the money for that. 5.88 would be awesome but I would be satisfied with sub 6.0. I thank you all for the kind comments.

Regarding the carbon saddle. It really has everything to do with the shape. For me a lot of saddles with more padding can cause more bad than good. I tried an Arione one, and it was cushy, and heavier than any other saddle, but still uncomfortable, and made stuff go numb after awhile. Rode 70miles with the Berk combo Wednesday, and it was great, and comfy the whole time.
