I'm usually the one that always levels the cranks, has a white garage door, aligns valve stems, removes all accessories, and uses a dslr
today i was just too excited http://i.imgur.com/lNMA1Cdh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ElR5oNIh.jpg |

Would be incredibly hot if it weren't for the gumwalls.

Threadless stems on old steel are aesthetic fails. Get a proper stem and seatpost and you'll be good.

Crappy picture of my Zanconato (I really need to get a better camera):

I don't have a garage, and this is pretty much the best picture my old cell phone will take, regardless of the conditions. I spend all my disposable income on bike stuff, so just doing the best with what I have. :) I was mainly looking for some feedback on the black stem / black crankset swap I am thinking about.
Anyways, please carry on with the regularly scheduled discussion... http://www.ritcheylogic.com/dyn_prodfamily.php?k=397728 http://www.ritcheylogic.com/dimg/thm...4d132b73d8.jpg also from a pure aesthetic standpoint I've always loved the old school 1st gen sram rival (in silver) on steel/classical looking bikes. every once in a while a seller will have a whole 1st gen SRAM Rival groupset on eBay for really great prices. http://www.bikecyclingreviews.com/im...l-groupset.jpg |
At that rate, why not just get red tires (and maybe a Dalmatian to go with the fire truck motif)

Yes yes yes yes yes to all.

C'mon! Where's the bikes??

My new should've been Allez Race...A 2011 S-Works Tarmac SL3 "Astana". Running 2013 SRAM Force Groupset, 53/39 Chainrings, 12-25 cassette, S-Works Seatpost and S-Works Toupe saddle. Regular Joe Specialized 110mm stem and Easton EA70 Bars...Pretty much what I had to build up the Allez Race...Oh, and Mavic Ksyrium SLS Rims with Armadillo tires. Overall 15.10 pounds...(without the tail light). I'm .02 pounds heavier than my buddies S-Works SL3 (and he's running 2011 Red), but new stem and carbon bars, I'll be good to go...I Love how it turned out...and how it rides too...:) |

Occasionally I come on over here and toss up a bike I pick up just to see what happens.

Is it me or has the 'hot or not' thread switched roles with the 'What road bike do you have?' thread?
|
^^I really want to go brush my teeth right now for some odd reason...

I like how the gumwalls accent the Enves perfectly. HOT.
One of my favorite S-works frameset; you definitely don't see too many of these around. HOT. Agree on the Astana...above average S-Works hotness. |
