Well this bike is done, everything is dialled in and weighs just a hair over 15lbs with the lightweight tubs, 810, pedals and cages. Pictured with Enve SES 3.4 clinchers...judge away.

This Colnago is a gorgeous ride! Although TBH I've fallen into the camp that doesn't care for the mismatched depth look of the Enve 3.4s (no matter how much faster it makes you go), so my preference would be to see it with the tubs....like this...

The Ridley is not bad looking generally, but not quite hot IMHO...maybe its the over abundance of oversized logos, or the pose with saddle bag, or the red cages, or the steerer waiting to be trimmed...or the combination of all those...I bet it rides nicely, though...25,0000 miles on the Scott. really?

Hot, it's like just the right amount of loud. Not over the top but enough to get noticed. That steerer tube needs to be cut though.

Probably should have pulled the bag, I looked at white, black and red for cages. The red seemed to work better with the red accents in the paint. Rides great but that has as much to do with the 4hr fit as much as the frame.

You had a 4 hour fit and the steerer wasn't trimmed??? This must be a BRAND new bike... wants you to ride it for a while to ensure that it's correct?

bianchi10 06-09-13 10:03 PM

Not everyone cuts the steering tube when the fit is right. Some refuse based on resale value and some just don't find it necessary. I did on my current bike but didn't on my previous 2.

NathanC 06-10-13 05:55 AM

Fondriest not hot.

Ugly frame, wheels are too deep with awful logos and no saddle to bar drop. Honestly, why bother with aero wheels when you're sitting upright on the thing.

This one is almost hot for me. The big 1350 is distracting.

Brand new frame, even with the fit I wanted to get some rides on it before I cut the tube. Need to stretch the cables as well so I''ll drop by the shop in a few weeks and have them tune it and cut the tube back a bit

I generally agree with this assessment, but perhaps the bike belongs to Tyrion Lannister?

I agree, but it's pretty hot especially considering it's a white bike!

Very hot. I was watching the Tour de Suisse today and was admiring how nice and simple the Omega Pharma bikes are. I think the only difference is the subtle light blue colors, but very nice bike nonetheless

And yes it's heavy compared to a lot of bikes in this forum, but it's around the 20-21lb mark, I'll weight it later.

I'm pretty sure he didn't want to see more of the bike ;)
