The Kestrel looks like it's suffering from an identity crisis.

Overall, I think it's hot. I'm not a huge fan of the white fork, and the handlebars are also distracting but maybe that's the angle of the shot.

Neo-retro hottt... though for some reason I think other wheels would be hotter, the fulcrums just don't seem to look right to me clashing with the frame color...

Sans decals they would look good. At least in combination with this particular frame.

That's a good idea. Pulling at least the 'Fulcrum' off each would help...the 'Racing7' isn't nearly as bad.

Elegant and hot

Close to hot. The camera angle makes the bars look like they are rotated up, which is ugly. The large gap between the rear wheel and the seat tube is also a bit off putting.
