Bike Forums - Hot r Not

I like to randomly go through old posts and be surprised by bikes that don't actually follow rules (like people who don't like cervelos, super large frame sizes, and seat bags.

but damn look at this baby... S1 frame (all aluminum heavy but AERO), large sized (actually makes it look better), and frame bag (because it was actually being ridden).

I like it. Looks like the cable could have been shorter coming from the junction box into the down tube? I dig the Zipp combo.

Beautiful. The flecks of paint embedded in its surface give it a sheen that nicely complements the trim color.

VERY nice! It's one of the few times white bar tape actually looks good.

i can stuff it back in the tube, but it gets pulled back out whenever the bars are turned 90 degrees to the left.

Until you mentioned it, I had no idea that the special edition was Cav-related. Regardless, I don't think that it's a stretch to assume that people admire it for purely aesthetic reasons, regardless of affiliation.

It's not the frame that makes it decent...after all, that's the same old venge frame I find ugly in most circumstances...it's the subtle metal flake paint job...the association with someone as blatantly boorish as Cav is meaningless to me...
